Andrew Chen

Andrew Chen is part of Mosaic’s Banking and Credit team, where he's helping shape the platform's evolving banking and credit use cases. His work is grounded in building experiences that are intuitive, practical, and deeply impactful.

Previously, Andrew designed user interfaces at Tesla across energy and vehicle products and worked on internal systems at Amplitude. Across roles, he’s developed a consistent approach to product design: start with real user needs and solve for them simply and thoughtfully.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Andrew doing yoga or catching a Broadway show.
