Discounted Cash Flows Analysis

We're excited to announce a new model type hitting the Mosaic platform - the full featured Discounted Cash Flows analysis. Highlights include:

• Detailed Op Models. A complement to the Quick DCF, this release allows users to leverage Mosaic's detailed Operating Model builder to compose robust forecasts.
• Public Companies. Cap IQ & FactSet data feeds are enabled (for Feeds subscribers) for quick public company valuations.
• Cases. Run multiple cases and see the impact to TEV and Equity Value instantly.
• Special Situations. Unlevered special situations are available to quickly see impact to TEV and Equity Value.
• Sensitivities. Sensitize high impact DCF assumptions like WACC, Terminal Growth Rate, etc.

This is a foundational analysis for any investor's toolkit - and a core building block of the "Football Field" analysis that underpins most formal valuation analyses prepared by investment banks.

Multiple Dividend Recaps Throughout Hold Period

We've expanded the dividend recap special situation:

• Multiple Recaps. Users can add multiple recaps throughout the investment hold period, toggling on and off recaps by year.
• Auto-Populated Assumptions. Recap assumptions on leverage levels and pricing are auto-populated by the base financing package of the deal at entry.

Additional Productivity Boosters

We continue to listen to our customers for creative ways to speed up their work in Mosaic. Two for this month:

• Auto-Extend Your Forecast. In one click, Mosaic's forecast auto-extend will pull forward the most logical assumption for the next year as a starting point (e.g., last year's growth if a growth row, last year's margin if a margin row, etc.):

• Polarity Flip. In one click, multiply a row's values by -1 to change the polarity of the values. This can be helpful when source files show values in the opposite polarity as is desired for your operating model, and copying and pasting values carries them over:
