De Novos

Introducing a highly requested new Special Situation for Mosaic: De Novos. This feature allows users to model out the opening of new greenfield locations throughout the forecast period, setting common assumptions underpinning De Novo build outs.

Tuck-in M&A and De Novos "Prototypes"

Mosaic users expressed a desire to be able to model out multiple distinct "Protoypes" of either tuck-in M&A or De Novo build outs. This release enables that. Simply add as many prototypes as required, and define the underlying unit economics of each "box."

Mosaic will reliably run the M&A or De Novo math, and break out the outputs by each prototype for clarity:

IPO Exit Sensitivities

As IPO markets have opened up once again, users have expressed a desire for more sensitivity analysis around Mosaic's IPO exit special situation.

This is now available in two places:

1 - IPO Exit Sensitivity Tables. Users can now specify whether sensitivity tables show Private or IPO Exit returns as shown below (note: IPO Exit Special Situation must be enabled):  

2 - IPO Exit Returns in AVP. Users can now include IPO Exit returns in their AVP outputs as shown below (note: IPO Exit Special Situation must be enabled):  

Additional Productivity Boosters

• Save Progress in Models and Return Later. Mosaic now allows you to save your progress when working through our model "Wizard" and return at a later time. No more worrying about lost interim work:
